The title was originally being worked on by two brothers known as Chad and Jared Moldenhauers from their respective homes in Toronto and Saskatchewan. These impressive numbers are only taking into account the Steam release of the title - the game is also available digitally on Xbox One with cross-buy and cross-play support with Windows.ĬGMagazine recently reviewed Cuphead on the Xbox One and gave it a 9/10, praising the game for its art direction and challenging difficulty.ĭevelopment of the game began all the way back in 2010.
